My Practice
I am a sole practitioner in Kenmore, New York. My
practice is devoted to representing public and private sector labor unions and employees in various
areas of labor and employment law before the courts, federal and state
agencies, and in arbitration.
I also serve as an adjunct faculty
member for Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations
Great Lakes Region, teaching labor law and computer technology courses in
Buffalo Labor Studies as well as assisting in coordinating Labor Education and Service Programs.
Additionally, since 2001, I have taught
Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations at Canisius College and the
State University of New York at Buffalo.
When I have some extra time, I enjoy
consulting with law firms and other organizations in making practical use of the
Internet and related electronic means of communication. Areas of
significance include marketing, communications, legal and non-legal
research, and litigation.
