At Work
In “practicing the art of labor relations,” it’s my job to look at the different sides of a labor conflict and work with the parties involved to attempt to negotiate a solution outside of the courtroom that will effectively secure their mutual interests.
That’s not always possible though, and sometimes litigation is necessary. But, as a people person and an optimist, I know there is a resolution to most disputes – and my primary goal is to help all involved get there.

While the image at right represents Buffalo’s public works projects, I work on a bit of a smaller scale, but in a similar vein, namely with public and private sector labor unions, as well as individual employees all over Western New York.
